Residential Marina: Architectural and town planning for this new development on the
island of Zakynthos which includes 51,000 square metres of residential buildings
incorporating their own mooring facilities, a luxury hotel of 700 rooms, a cultural
centre, sports, recreational and service facilities located on four artificial islands off
the coast of Zante island.

Marina: Architectural and town planning for this new commercial and tourist complex
which includes a 400 yacht marina, a 10,000 square metre shopping centre and a 300-bed
hotel. The project is being constructed along the coast line of the city of Rethymnon, in
Crete, on behalf of the National Tourism Organization of Greece.
