Execution of sampling boreholes along the (currently under construction) Egnatia Motorway while providing Technical Consultancy services for the governing body of the Egnatia Motorway Project, "Egnatia Odos S.A." for the investigation of the geotechnical conditions in different parts which were still at the design phase.
The Consultant's tasks included specifically:
• FIELD – LABORATORY WORKS
a. Execution of sampling boreholes along with field tests on tunnels, bridge
pylon footings, excavations etc
b. Execution of trial pits
c. Execution of laboratory tests on representative soil and rock samples.
