 | TRITON's port and offshore engineering expertise includes
port planning and management studies, design of harbours, marinas and related coastal
development works, shipyards and ship scrapyards, loading and unloading terminals,

anchoring systems, pollution control facilities, and environmental impact assessments.
In numerous projects involving ship collisions on offshore facilities,
TRITON was assigned with the feasibility study and managing operations of
wreck salvaging.

 | The port and offshore engineering section is headed
by Mr Stratos Andrianis, senior partner of TRITON and a qualified Maritime Civil Engineer.
In addition to his 25 years of experience in the design and construction of major coastal
and offshore works, Mr Andrianis is a Scientific Associate at the National Technical
University of Athens.

 | COASTAL AND PIPELINE ENGINEERING
 | TRITON's coastal and pipeline engineering expertise
includes analysis of coastal processes, design of coastal and shoreline defence
structures, dam face protection, artificial nourishment studies, scour control measures,
geophysical surveying, design, construction supervision and post-auditing of underwater
pipelines for oil, gas water and effluent transportation, power and telecommunications
cables installation and protection studies, impact assessment of proposed works.

headed by Mr Kyriakos Spyropoulos, MSc, Maritime Civil Engineer. Mr Spyropoulos has over
10 years of experience in the design and construction of major coastal and pipeline
related works.

 | TRANSPORT ENGINEERING
 | TRITON's transport expertise extends to multi-modal
transport planning, combined transport systems, the design of roads, railways, rail-links,
harbours, channels, tunnels, canals, bridges, intersections, transport management studies,
and associated environmental impact assessments.

 | Mr Nikos Panagopoulos, MSc is a Senior Civil
Engineer, with over 15 years experience in the design and construction of various
transport works, and heads the Transport section of the company.

 | GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING
 | TRITON's geotechnical expertise includes geotechnical
investigations, foundation analysis and design, associated with various works including
coastal, offshore, transport and structural projects and industrial facilities.

 | TRITON's geotechnical and foundation design section
is headed by Mr Vassilis Tsamis, Geotechnical engineer and Scientific Associate, National
Technical University of Athens. Mr Tsamis has over 25 years of experience in the field of
geotechnical engineering, including investigation, design and construction of works.

 | STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING
 | TRITON's expertise includes design of industrial
structures, administrative, educational, tourist and residential buildings, steel and
concrete bridges, trusses, culverts, storage tanks and silos, pipelines networks, and
foundation engineering.

 | The structural group is headed by Dr John Sioris,
MSc PhD. and senior partner of TRITON. Dr Sioris has 30 years experience in the design and
construction of the structural engineering components of various projects undertaken by
the firm.
