A 400 yacht marina combined with a commercial and tourist complex. The project involves the design of a marina with berthing capacity of 400 yachts, a shopping centre of 10,000 square metres and a 300 bed hotel.

The project is situated on reclaimed land in the basin of Rethymnon Port. Extensive use of floating piers for mooring of yachts has been selected. A market survey together with a feasibility study and a sea borne tourism demand assessment preceded the design. A geotechnical investigation, a hydrographic and topographic survey and an environmental survey followed. TRITON have been retained as technical assistants for supervision and inspection services during the construction.
