fishing harbours along the western coastline of Greece and the Ionian islands. The
design was funded through the E.E.C. regional development programs (Mediterranean
Integrated Program for the Ministry of Agriculture).

| Valario Lagoon
Aqua Farming Centre: design of the aqua farming centre at the Valario Lagoon in
Trezina, covering an area of 500 acres is developed as an intensive fish-farming project,
complete with all required installations for control and operation together with product
processing facilities.

| Messolongi -
Etoliko Sea Lagoon Development. The Messolongi Etoliko Sea Lagoon covers an area of
30,000 acres and is the largest natural fishery in Greece. This project required multiple
specialities in water resources engineering, water and environmental control, marine
biology, hydraulic and coastal engineering, environmental monitoring and surveying and is
the largest of its kind undertaken in Greece. |
