Valario Fishery is found in a lagoon in Peloponnesos extending over 500 acres but it has been abandoned the last few years. This project consists of 3 phases :
Phase 1
Broadening, deepening and protection of the lagoon mouth from wave action and sedimentation.
Construction of fishery barriers, fish capturing systems and of buildings for storage, refrigeration and packing.

Phase 2
Construction of a hibernating trench for maturing and fattening of the fish during winter.   Extension of the storage complex

Phase 3
Dredging of a network of channels to improve water circulation.  Construction of a system of tanks for the growth of fish of high financial yield.

An environmental policy study was carried out in the beginning of the project to assess the ergonomic value of the area.
